Instructions: 

Use either the search by individual or search by organization tool to begin your search. Complete the information and press Enter to view your PIN. All fields must be completed in order to process your request.

To find your license number please follow the link here: https://licensesearch.wi.gov/
Be sure to use the two different boxes for numbers before and after the dash.
For fast, paper-less service renew online at http://dsps.wi.gov under "License Renewal Online".
If you don't know your PIN, you can use the
"PIN Look-up" function.

If you are unable to renew online, contact us at least 15 days prior to the expiration date of your credential to request a paper renewal form at DSPSRenewal@wisconsin.gov or

FEIN is the Federal Employer Identification Number (US IRS). It is used by businesses for tax and identification purposes much like a social security number for a person.

     If you are having trouble getting your PIN, Send an e-mail,or call the Renewal Office
     at (608) 266-2112 during normal business hours (7:45 - 4:30).
