4/1/2022: You have been approved to take the ASWB National Social Worker Examination at the following level: MASTERS (APSW) authorization has been sent to ASWB. THIS AUTHORIZATION IS GOOD FOR A PERIOD OF 12 MONTHS. Letters will no longer be issued. You are now authorized to register and pay for the exam by either calling at 1-800-225-6880 or online at www.aswb.org. The ASWB handbook may be found at www.aswb.org. Your name on this application checklist approval and your driver’s license must be the same. If the name does not match, you will not be allowed to take the exam. Submit any name or address changes to dspscredjointbd@wisconsin.gov. If all other requirements are complete, your credential will be issued by DSPS upon notification from ASWB of your passing score. This process takes 2-3 weeks. You may retake the exam after waiting 90 days between each failed exam. – NMK

Instructions & Access Information for WI Statutes & Rules Exam:
The passing score for the WI Statutes and Rules Exam is 85%
Once completed, results will not be posted immediately; they will be posted in 2-3 weeks on the website. Passing scores will be noted as met on the web checklist. If you fail, you will need to pay $75 to retake the exam and can take it after you have received new testing information. Each attempt of this exam costs $75.
You may take this test at any time. To do so:

Click on any social worker (or other social work profession)
Click on Exam information
Click on the link in Step 3 of the Instructions
When on ParTest Online you will need the following:

Certification of Professional Education Form #1978 Met
