10/4/21: You have been made eligible to test for NCLEX. You will receive scheduling information from the testing company within a few days via the email address you provided to the testing company. If the first and last name on your ATT does not match the ID you will be using at the testing site, please email corrections to dspscrednursing@wisconsin.gov. Middle names and addresses do not need to match. – MG

7/22/20: Since NC is a compact state we cannot issue a WI MULTI-State license until you
have a permanent residence in WI. Once you have obtained primary residence in WI, let
us know via email to DSPSCredNursing@wi.gov. Be sure to provide your new address as
well as a statement indicating ‘My primary state of residence is now WI.
NOTE: We cannot accept anticipated move/residency change dates
