CIB and FBI fingerprints Not Met
We don’t have fingerprint results. Fieldprint requires that you schedule an appointment at www.Fieldprint.com for fingerprinting services. You will need to provide the Fieldprint code FPWISECURITY to schedule your fingerprint appointment. Fieldprint will collect the background check and fingerprinting service fees. You must bring two forms of identification to your fingerprint appointment, a picture ID and a secondary ID. When you schedule your fingerprint appointment online, the appointment confirmation you print will list the acceptable identification documents. IMPORTANT: Fingerprints should have been submitted prior to submitting an application so we will need you to email DSPSCredSecurity@wi.gov AFTER your fingerprinting appointment so we can check for the results. If you did go to an appointment, please email us the date you went and your TCN# provided to you by Fieldprint. Include your name and Application ID#. Thank you.
