12/27/23: No show to recent exam date. You MUST REREGISTER and pay a $200 fee to PearsonVue in order for us to make you eligible to test. You can register online at http://www.vue.com/nclex or call 1-866-496-2539. After you have registered & paid, please upload a statement to the documents section of your application letting us know you have reregistered with Pearson Vue. – KG

04/02/18: Wisconsin has entered the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact. Therefore, if you want to be reviewed for a Multi-State status you must obtain digital fingerprints, schedule an appointment with Fieldprint via their website http://www.FieldprintWisconsin.com. Use the Fieldprint code ‘FPWIPhysician’ when prompted and account number G3448 when prompted. The cost for the digital fingerprints will be $34.74 and is expected at the time of your reservation. If you live outside of Wisconsin, you may electronically submit fingerprints at any Fieldprint site near you. In addition to obtaining fingerprints, you will need to complete the Authorization for Release of FBI Information (Form #2687) and email it to DSPSCREDNursing@wi.gov or fax to 608-261-7083.
