Our website is http://dsps.wi.gov, then click on the “Online Services” tab, then click on “License Lookup”. The website is an official verification that you have been issued your license. -----

12/30/13: Congratulations! You can be issued a permanent license immediately. However, if issued before 1/6/14, your license will expire on 2/28/14 (this is when all RN licenses expire) requiring you to pay an additional fee ($86) to renew. If you want your license issued now (prior to 1/6/14), please email dspscrednursing@wi.gov Otherwise, your license will be issued on 1/6/14.

If you have not already done so, and according to the application instructions (and also on page 2 of the application itself), you need to download and send our form 741 (available on dsps.wi.gov) to ( add state(s)/country(ies) )for completion and submission to our agency. Please check with that state for their mailing address and if you need to include a fee for their verification. Once received in our agency, please allow 15-20 business days for processing. -----
